Australia is an absolutely massive country with a real variety of climates and terrain. However, the finest big-game hunting and game fishing happens up in the North - in Queensland and in the Northern Territory. We have therefore concentrated on those areas in putting together our big-game offering in this country. We are very pleased with what we have. Our main outfitters are Jim and Debbie Deickmann of long-established Havago Australia. They run their own 12,000 acre deer hunting station and wildlife park in South Western Queensland and specialise in providing a wonderfully personal service both in Queensland and in the Northern territory, where they provide high-quality Buffalo hunting.

We have also put together an alliance with the breathtaking El Questro "Million Acre Wilderness Park" in the Kimberley region. This can make a superb base for family parties while the hunters or fishermen go off into the bush for a day or two. With four major award winning rivers on this property, allowing a superb chance at Barramundi, the native Australian freshwater game fish, as well as innumerable family activities and four different levels of lodging to suit all styles and pockets we believe this is a real winner. The contrast of extreme luxury in the remote Australian bush is simply breathtaking, while heli-fishing allows access to substantial stretches of river which have never been fished before.

Over in Cairns we can offer the superb game and estuary fishing of Ross Finlayson, without a doubt Australia's top young captain. Specialising in the saltwater fly, Ross is equally at home on the barrier reef with Giant Marlin as he is in one of a number of remote estuaries, chasing a record Barramundi.

We are also in the final stages of concluding an agreement with a top Tasmanian driven pheasant outfit which also supplies some very good trout fishing.
