cost. The balance of the safari cost to be paid 2 weeks prior to
commencement of the safari. It must be noted that the licencing
and Government fees may be changed and HuntGlobal accepts no responsibility
in the event of any variation. This deposit is non-refundable but
reusable, if cancellation is received in sufficient time for the
company to replace the booking. At the termination of the safari,
a bill will be presented for any additional charges incurred during
the safari. All prices are in US$ except where indicated otherwise.
All prices are indicative and reflect our latest information. However,
suppliers sometimes change prices before informing us and these
are the prices which will be charged. We will agree full pricing
with you in the event of preparing a quotation for a safari or customised
itinerary.
A safari begins in the morning of the first day booked and ends
on the evening of the last day. Clients should plan to arrive the
day before and leave the day after the Safari dates, except where
our full tailored service is used in which case we will manage your
entire itinerary in-country, safari-related and non-safari-related.
The company and its entire staff makes a supreme effort to guarantee
complete comfort, safety and satisfaction of its clients at all
times. We do not however accept any responsibility for illness,
injury or any loss of property or life during the contracted period
on safari.
HuntGlobal can arrange insurance for you on safari on request.
Please make sure that all your existing insurance policies and wills
are current and valid.
Safari charges usually include all food, accommodation, and transportation
during the course of the safari. However, inclusions will vary based
on exactly what you have booked with us and these will be itemised
during our planning process.
